Bennie is an experienced professional who specializes in the development of Back Office Support Services (B.O.S.S.®) for the insurance industry.  He is a co-founder of RMSOA and served in the capacity of President/CEO for twenty years.  He is responsible for the vision and direction of the company and insuring the maintenance of superior customer experiences. 

Prior to joining RMSOA, Bennie was president and founder of HCC a managed care provider, servicing the workers’ compensation market. He also served in the positions of Division Claims Manager, Account Manager Supervisor and Adjuster for Argonaut, Intercontinental and Liberty Mutual insurance companies.  Through his leadership the RMSOA team now services clients nationally.

Indicative of his commitment to the insurance industry Bennie is currently a member of the Executive Committee in the capacity of Secretary and Treasurer for the statewide Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois.  He also acts as the Board Liaison for the Chicago IIA Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) National Diversity Task Force. 

Feeling the need to connect with his community Bennie is on a number of Not for Profit boards such as Family Focus of Evanston, Chessmen of Evanston and 100 Black Men of Chicago.

Bennie received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Doane University in Crete, Nebraska.
