Chip provides organizational leadership and project management of RMSOA technology needs. His scope of responsibilities includes identification and recommendation of enterprise and client technology tools. He is critical to sustaining RMSOA technological insight and advantage in operations, client services and cyber security.

Prior to joining RMSOA, Chip succeeded in the high-pressure environments of banking, consulting and global finance. He has been the CTO for Private Bancorp, Inc. and Bank One Corporation as well as a Partner for FC Partners Group, LLC an IT consulting firm serving senior management worldwide. He gained critical operational insight in various capacities with the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), including his role as Senior Vice President, Head of Infrastructure.

Chip’s career has been marked by professional curiosity and innovation. He is listed as co-inventor on four U.S. patent applications. He was also a Smithsonian Institute Finalist for Technology Innovation. His industry engagement is reflected in his membership in the Society for Information Management (SIM) and as a former member of the IT Resource Center, Board of Advisors.

Chip received a B.A., Mathematics as well as a M.A. Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois.
