Robert L Watts, Jr. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  He has over 19 years of experience in investigating and handling claims for large self-insured programs.  In addition, Mr. Watts has supervised a team of employees that included both investigators and clerical support.  Mr. Watts also holds an Illinois Producers License in Life and Health, along with other Certificates of Completion in Worker’s Compensation Adjusting, Franchise Sales Consulting, and Marketing.
